50 bedded Ayush Hospital building inaugurated at Kailashahar

KAILASHAHAR:

A three storied Ayush Hospital with a capacity of 50 beds inaugurated at Kailashahar today. Health & Family Welfare minister Sudip Roy Barman inaugurated the newly constructed building at Kailashahar Subdivision Hospital by unveiling the foundation stone and untying the ribbon. With this inauguration Ayurvedic and Homeopathic service opened in the hospital.

About 5 years time required to complete the building at the subdivision hospital complex. Patients of two divisions will get treatment and they will be admitted at 50 beds. For that purpose doctors and nurses will be appointed.

At the same time Health Minister assured to increase salary of staffs under National Health Mission. He also announced that Health department decided to set up cityscan machine at Unakoti District Hospital.

Speaking on the occasion Health minister advised the staffs to maintain cordial relationship and to work for the interest of patients. He also announced that government would introduce separate Directorate for Ayush division.

Among others three MLAs Bhagaban Das, Mabaswar Ali and Sudhangsu Das, Director of Family Welfare department Dr. S. Chakma, Vice Chairman of KMC Nitish Dey were present on the occasion. On the occasion the school students performed yoga. Medical Officer of the hospital Sushanta Sinha delivered the welcome address.
